Tracy is a is a 200HR Yoga Alliance registered Vinyasa and Yin yoga teacher.
Tracy offers an all levels creative, fun, and unique Vinyasa flow. Her goal is to make yoga accessible and welcoming to everyone. She creates space for students to move authentically for their individual bodies, offering opportunities to energize and ground.
For Tracy, yoga is a moving mediation. It is a way for her to connect mind, body and soul, offering a balm to soothe each aspect of the self. Through the breathe she is able to still the mind and strengthen the body creating a deep sense of peace and space for self reflection. She also enjoys the playful aspects of yoga, seeing what her body is capable of as she I deepens her practice. There’s a childlike joy in that.
Ashley is a certified dance and yoga instructor, YTT-200 in Vinyasa.
Movement has always been a part of Ashley's life. Ashley grew up dancing ballroom in her mothers' dance classes. She graduated from a dance academy in Seoul, South Korea in 2009- the curriculum varied from folkloric dances, ballet, pillates and yoga. She went on to obtain a Yoga Alliance certification from Flor Yoga in the Greater New York area in 2011. Upon receiving her YTT certification, she quickly went on to start her practice as an instructor, which quickly became her livelihood. Yoga and movement continues to be an everyday practice for Ashley.
Ashley teaches Vinyasa, Thai, and prenatal yoga as well as various dance forms. She believes in simply enjoying oneself in class and being kind to the body and mind to challenge oneself in a constructive manner :)
Caroline is a certified vinyasa and yoga nidra instructor.
Caroline looks to yoga as
becoming a more present and better version of herself. She took her first yoga class while studying in Trondheim 12 years ago. Being a student and feeling the pressure of exams and grades, the yoga studio was one of the few spaces she could allow herself to completely stop thinking about university. Since then, she has traveled overseas for her Yoga Teacher Training.
She Ioves the calming and nourishing effect yoga has to the body and mind.
In her class you can expect to receive positive encouragement and fun flows in each class. She also enjoys getting to know her clients for injury prevention and a comfortable atmosphere.
Kristina er en 200 ryt Vinyasa yogalærer. Timene hennes er lekene, men likevel sentrerende og jordende. Det er viktig for henne at elevene hennes kan bruke tiden på matten sin til å få kontakt med seg selv, pusten og kroppen. Man kan forvente å bli varm og bli utfordret, men også å finne stillhet og balanse i løpet av klassen hennes. Hennes mål som lærer er å tilby den samme plassen til å bli kjent med seg selv og vokse, som hun har på sin egen yogamatte.
