Class Schedule



Vinyasa is a type of yoga that combines continuous movement and breath work to warm the body up while approaching different postures of yoga. This type of yoga is very popular in colder countries, since you are using your own personal body heat to warm up your muscles compared to altering temperatures or staying in a posture for an extended period of time. This style of yoga is welcome to all ages and bodies :)


CandleLight Yoga

In our CandleLight Yoga classes, we take a slower (Yin) approach to the postures. Staying in each posture for a longer period of time encourages the muscles to relax at a slow and safe pace. In this classes we also emphasise breathing and continuous mental and physical awareness. This class will also be heavily focused on mindfulness techniques. Open to all levels.   


Morning Flow

This is a Vinyasa-based class, that will cover the whole body to wake one up in the morning. This class will be at a steady pace, but not too fast so that one would break a sweat. Open to all levels. 

Strengthening & Lengthening

In this class we will practice pilates movements, combined with yoga and resistance strength training. This class is a full body practice, but open to all levels since you decide how hard of a challenge you would like!


Yin Yoga

Yin yoga will energize your body and leave you fully relaxed. Yin yoga is a passive style of yoga meant to dig deep into the connective tissue of your joints, to find the deep release in your body and mind. Yin Yoga is known for the time spent on each posture (2-5 minutes). Yin yoga is a restorative practice that, practiced through passive postures. This class is open to all levels.
